Re-intergration and direction

We tailor courses to enable employees to recover and reintegrate in a sustainable manner. We develop a plan to address the cause of sick leave which combines both physical and mental experiences of stress. The employee is triggered to learn to take back control of their own life again.

Our services

PREVENTION

We believe that early detection of (potential) stress symptoms is essential for keeping employees healthy and employable for the long term. Research shows that this reduces absenteeism costs and limits productivity losses.

Our offer
We offer a wide range of interventions aimed at preventing and mitigating absences due to mental health issues at work. Questions about our prevention program? Call 023 – 2014245, we’re happy to help.

Good for prevention:

Prevention program

Stepping Stones to Wellbeing
Our prevention program increases your employees’ job satisfaction and promotes their personal growth. Our challenging and experience-oriented program focuses on employees’ strengths. View this infographic (PDF) about the program.

With a focus on Head, Heart, and Body, insight and experience go hand in hand. We must not only know which direction we want to go, we must also feel it. Moreover, it must align with our deepest core values. Only then can change be sustainable.

Taking Care of Yourself (30 minutes)
In our experience, constant pressure leaves little time to reflect on one’s own well-being. With “Caring for Yourself,” we offer a 30-minute consultation with an experienced psychologist/counselor. Employees can reflect on their experiences during the past period, their current state, and what they need to move forward.

Your Mental Boost
“Your Mental Boost” consists of completing a short online questionnaire and two interviews. The framework is positive psychology, and solution-focused techniques are used. This approach enhances the employee’s active role, focuses on strengthening resilience, increasing self-confidence, and improving self-management.

Inspections/Diagnostics

Appointment assessments
We specialize in clinical psychological assessments of individuals working in high-risk occupations (including uniformed emergency responders and pilots). This latter type of personality assessment is a specialized form of personality research, aimed at assessing both current stress tolerance and long-term resilience under the intended conditions. Such a prediction is not provided in a standard psychological assessment, which is why various companies utilize our services.

Periodic psychological assessments
We also specialize in periodic staff monitoring. This monitoring focuses on the early detection of psycho-emotional imbalances in employees working in high-risk professions.

Trauma care/Treatment

Emergency shelter
We provide immediate support after traumatic incidents, aimed at preventing subsequent psycho-emotional disruption. Our focus is on providing information, normalizing personal responses, and sharing crucial experiences. Support can generally be provided within 12 to 24 hours. Special arrangements for high-risk businesses are available. In that case, support can be guaranteed on-site in the Netherlands within a maximum of 3 hours.

FAMH
First Aid for Mental Health is a separate category within our services:

  • rapid, immediate care, preferably within 24 hours. Later care is not pointless and is sometimes even advocated due to the potential sensitizing effect of (too) rapid care, but immediate attention generally provides the employees involved with a much-appreciated “holding” from the employer. When applied professionally, rapid intervention has a strong preventative effect on later disruption and dysfunctional feelings of guilt, such as those that can arise, particularly among managers, in response to a disaster or incident.
  • facilitating previously blocked emotional reactions. Normalizing expressions. Providing information about the expected sensations and symptoms.
  • crisis intervention, suicide prevention.
  • initial diagnosis with a view to possible referral to regular mental healthcare.
  • if necessary: follow-up planning to prevent any processing disorders.

Staff guidance
Support in dealing with the internal and external consequences of the shocking event. We provide guidance to managers on how to interact with employees, family members, any surviving relatives, the client organization, the media, and emergency services.

Custom made

We regularly provide customized training courses and workshops aimed at increasing employee resilience and vitality. Programs can be tailored to both employee and managerial levels (management teams or boards).
