On the one hand, there is the degree of mental complaints or problems. On the other hand, there is the degree of psychological well-being. People can only truly flourish when they have a high level of psychological well-being.<\/p>\n<p>Well-being can be developed.<br \/>As mentioned above, research from positive psychology shows that there are five key building blocks that contribute to psychological well-being:<br \/>Positive emotions, Enthusiastic involvement, Connectedness, Experiencing meaning, and Achievement.<\/p>\n<p>This course addresses these five elements. In three (online) sessions, participants learn how to increase their well-being and achieve greater flourishing.<\/p>\n<p>While the course can be taken separately, it often serves as the starting point for a longer-term prevention program in which we help your employees sustainably master these five factors. This contributes to vital and resilient individuals, teams, and organizations.<\/p>\n<p>Our prevention program can be followed by individual employees, but is also ideal for entire teams. Following this program together provides additional integration, a common language, and mutual support.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"txt15-24\"><b>Taking Care of Yourself (30 minutes)<br \/><\/b>In our experience, constant pressure leaves little time to reflect on one&#8217;s own well-being. With &#8220;Caring for Yourself,&#8221; we offer a 30-minute consultation with an experienced psychologist\/counselor. We offer tips and advice on how to strengthen their resilience, and together we determine whether further care is needed.<\/p>\n<p>We determine the needs together and reserve 30-minute time slots in the psychologists&#8217;\/counselors&#8217; schedules. Employees can make an appointment anonymously in our online booking system, without the intervention of a manager or occupational health physician, using a link or QR code.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"txt15-24\"><b>Your Mental Boost<br \/><\/b>&#8220;Your Mental Boost&#8221; consists of completing a short online questionnaire and two interviews. The framework is positive psychology, and solution-focused techniques are used. This approach enhances the employee&#8217;s active role, focuses on strengthening resilience, increasing self-confidence, and improving self-management.<\/p>\n<div class=\"et_pb_toggle et_pb_toggle_0 et_pb_toggle_item et_pb_toggle_close toggle_behandeling\" style=\"background-color: #fff; border: none; margin-top: -48px!important; margin-bottom: 15px!important;\">\n<h5 class=\"et_pb_toggle_title sander\">READ MORE<\/h5>\n<div class=\"et_pb_toggle_content clearfix toggle_content_behandelingen txt15-24\" style=\"display: none;\">\n<p>The sessions are conducted by an experienced psychologist\/coach.<br \/>During the initial 1.5-hour session, the employee&#8217;s personal situation, work context, and personal style are discussed. The employee gains insight into the balance between their mind, heart, and body. They learn where their strengths lie and what they can do to restore or maintain this balance.<br \/>The employee receives practical advice aimed at promoting this balance between their mind, heart, and body. Agreements are made about which interventions the employee will implement, and these are evaluated in the follow-up session.<\/p>\n<p>The follow-up session takes place after four weeks and aims to encourage the employee to actively adopt new behaviors and also to provide the opportunity to discuss and adjust any difficulties encountered during implementation. This increases the likelihood that the interventions will be sustainably integrated into daily life.<br \/>The psychologist\/coach is preferably familiar with the employee&#8217;s other company offerings and can point these out to the employee. Participation is anonymous; there is no individual substantive feedback with the employer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"txt15-24\"><b>Training Mindfulness@Work<br \/><\/b>This group or individual training focuses on awareness. This latter type of personality assessment is a specialized form of personality research, aimed at assessing both current stress tolerance and long-term resilience under the intended conditions. Our focus is on providing information, normalizing personal responses, and sharing crucial experiences. Support can generally be provided within 12 to 24 hours. Special arrangements for high-risk businesses are available. Later care is not pointless and is sometimes even advocated due to the potential sensitizing effect of (too) rapid care, but immediate attention generally provides the employees involved with a much-appreciated &#8220;holding&#8221; from the employer.
